Good health doesn’t begin and end with a pill or an injection. The answer could also be an app, a smart spoon to measure medicines, or an ergonomic chair that prevents backaches.
When you design with people in mind, you end up with a solution they’ll fall in love with. They’ll use it more, talk about it more, and trust it more. Which can only mean good things for the bottomline.
